Even so, if it's registered legally now in your name, that information is available.

Its not registered to me. I used it as a dummy while fitting my tag bracket to my bumper before I had my car registered. I now have a YOM tag on it. I just never see any California tags down here so I picked it up from a junk pile. May be stolen for all I know.

I use YOM plates on both my 36 Ford and 57 Studebaker. Haven't even registered the title on the 57 yet.....now that it's running I need to do that.
