The photo of the homes looks like those built in the rubber plantation that Ford was trying to grow.

Good shots Ryan, do you know of, or anyone else in fact, regarding Ford in Argentina.

I have a 33 Deluxe 5 window B model coupe that I believe was from Argentina, car has factory filled roof and appears its original colour was black, car is RHD and has a Kilometre an hour speedometer, I have had the car for 5 years and during this time have tried to find info but to no avail.

any info would be appreciated.

I believe you are right...Sao Paulo the city wich the Ford Brazilian Branch was built in was already a Big City...I don't believe it would have a landscape like in the one in those pictures! Sao Paulo was already a totally urban place...I guess that picture is FordLandia wich was in the middle of the Amazon Jungle! In the middle of nowhere...

Apart from the enjoyment I get from learning, I'm also enjoying the craftsmanship in the photographs themselves. Someone made them with a view camera (the ones with the cloth hood and glass negative plates). Thoughtfullness, and the taking of the the necessary time to make the photograph 'just so' are evident, I like it.
Thank you Ryan and Ricardo.

Hey great photos! Thank so much. I have a 34 Ford roadster that was built in or exported to Brazil came back to the states in the 80's. Has a Km dash and is a left hand drive. Boy they welded everthing to keep it together and running (no wood left just metal supports and braces). Just put some expoxy primer on the chassic parts today. Trying to keep it original, hope to have up and running in this or next year.
