Looking for the plastic inserts that go at the top of the Chrome Bezel on either side of the Steering Column on a '58 Ford Passenger Car. There are photos below showing what I'm looking for.
The photos are of'57 pieces have a Black Background with White lettering, and the 58's have White Background with Black lettering.

I'm looking for the White with Black Lettering from '58's

The Right side comes in two versions, one version says Choke in the far right position and the other version says Lighter. Either will work for me.
I need the Chrome Bezel and the plastic for both sides from a '58
