Default New Guy Here

Hey guys......I'm new to the site, and kinda new to old Fords. Right now I'm building a 1928 Model A Ford for a friend and I was wondering if there are any build threads on this site? I need a few ideas for setting up the car.

First off.....we're putting a 302 Ford engine in the car and we've run into a few problems. One is how we're going to go about running the steering column down to the rack and pinion. The next problem is where the lower firewall/floor board is going to sit. Another is where to put the fuel tank. And lastly, what kind of pedals are used for the brake and gas and where are they placed? Along with what type of steering column used for this type of build?

I could probably figure it out over time, but that would be a lot of assembling and tearing down. The best method, I think, is seeing how the experts do it.

The owner is looking for a restomod type of car. One that looks like the old cars, but yet has a modern muscle car look to it. No rat rod deal (I don't care for those either)

Any help with this would be much appreciated........thanks.
