Logged in and some photos not showing

At least twice now I have read discussions that talked about items in the a photo and there was no photo! Yes I am logged in and see photos in other discussions. What are you looking at?

I have had the same situation on just few posts. I first thought the poster simply forgot to attach the pics, but then I subsequently saw others comment on the photos. I chalked it up to a glitch on my side.

I, too, would appreciate any solutions. Perhaps something in my iPad settings is incorrect?

That happens to me occasionally without any warning. Sometimes it will affect the pictures one person posts in a thread but then I can see other pictures others have posted on the same page. I just go and re-log in and then the pictures are usually there.

fordbarn.com and www.fordbarn.com will both get you here but the cookies that are set when you log in are different.
Most likely you went to fordbarn.com, logged in and then later, the thread with the link sent you to another window (or tab) but the URL for that link was for www.fordbarn.com.

pix won't be visible if you are not logged in..... or if the system thinks you are not logged in.

The clue is in the upper right corner.... does it show you logged in?

Does not matter if I go to to www.fordbarn.com or just fordbarn.com I still can not see the photos in the first sample. Yes I am logged in, must be if I can see the photos in some. The first sample does not have the paper clip showing there are photos or an attachment, the second one does.

Yes, I can see the aftermarket cowl band in the first and the (2) seal photos in the second thread.

I couldn't see either one till I logged in again on one of the pages. Then I could see both!

I see the first one but not the second one.
But... I don't usually put www in front of my URLs any more. (URL = The web page address. (Universal Resource Locator if you are interested))

In my case, when I click on the second link I do not see photos...BUT... if I go up to the address line and put www. in front of the fordbard.... the photos appear.

In your case it should be reversed. Check the address line after you click the first link. IF there is a www. remove it.... if there is not...add it. and see if photos appear.

The quickest fix for this is to do the following:

goto www.fordbarn.com/forum/ and log in. (click Remember me?)

Then

goto fordbarn.com/forum/ and log in. (click Remember me?)

Photos should appear on both links after that.

Cool! Deleted saved from bookmarks and reloaded fresh. I can see them now. Must be how the photos are loaded because as long as there's the paper clip in the box I could see the photos.
