1930 roadster rumble seat
hello car received in parts
1. the curve outer panel under lid has all 6 bolts broken off in nuts--i may want to re tap them depending on answer in number 2--what is size of screws and threads per inch? 2. do i even need a curved inner panel that mounts to number 1? what is curved inner panel purpose? thanks |

I think they are # 10-32 but will check to make sure.I pm you to ask for a picture of exactly what you are talking about.I think the curved panel is or was somewhat important as a good drainage design. Some over the years change to flat to help clear deck lid easier.

#10-32 is correct. 5/8" oval head.

Well now I have a question.The curved pan is attached on the sides with three fasteners per side but mine are all missing.Anyone know what type screw and nut? Were the nuts like a cinch nut and what thread? Thank You.
