My set of boards arrived yesterday. My 68C will be impressed when I show them to her. Nice boards. I think it was worth the wait.

Don't tell her you plan a "make over." Better to surprise her. She might get the feeling this is only because you intend to "walk over her" and take advantage like taking her for a ride or something.

Get her presents to make her feel and look better. Like water pump lubricant. And air in her pumps, er tires. Or a hot wax job.

We just got a set and they look great Wow! I am impressed. The cleats on the bottom are perfect and the rubber is the best I have ever seen. Definitely a the right choice for some one who is building a nice Model A

Mine are at the fed ex hold facility Hopefully u can retrieve them looking forward to checking them out although it will be a while before I get to the 68c to use them. But when I'm ready they will be too!!
