Default Crank Pulley

Are these light weight short snout crankshaft pulleys available as an aftermarket or stock item as for the life of me the ones I've found are all bent.

They do get bent easily, especially if they are left on an engine that's been pulled out of a vehicle and set down on a shop floor. Then maybe moved around on the floor several times, that pulley takes a beating. They also get a groove worn in the diameter where the front seal rides. I doubt if anyone is reproducing them, but you might find someone who has a good used one for sale.

Not reproduced. There is a NOS one currently listed on EBAY.You can also use the later 39 dlx,40 /41 and cut off the flange that the fan mounts on.

Here is the link to the NOS

Yes the link worked .. sweet mercy , pricey when you convert to AUD and postage !
I wouldn't be to worried about the worn grooves as I will put a sleeve over it for a one piece seal.

Why not get a good 59 type pulley & turn the outer sheeve off?
That's what I did for my 32. Works fine.
Or am I not understanding the issue?

The later pulleys' whilst you could machine off the front to suit, still have a bigger bore than the early pulleys, so would need to be sleeved to suit.

Check with VanPelt. I was able to get a NOS single sheave pulley (81C-6312A) from them recently.
