Default Question about rumble seat coupes

Did all the rumble seat coupes have a roll-down back window, or was it special order?

As I understand it, the roll down window was not available until '30.

In July 1931 Ford made several changes to the Coupe bodies. These included a redesigned seat assembly, floor assembly, upper back body wood, and package tray assembly. At this time the roll down window was first offered. It came standard with a rumble set and optional at extra cost with a trunk.

I can only speak for my '29 Sport coupe, and it came with the folding
flap.

Marco already answered the detailed question, but as someone who just added the roll-down rear window to my '30 Deluxe Coupe, if you are not worried about absolute 'correctness' for fine-point judging, it sure was a nice addition! I debated (because mine is a '30 and not a '31), but am really glad I did it now that it is summer and I'm actually driving it. It is great for communicating to the kids in the rumble-seat, but also REALLY helps with the ventilation. I leave it open all the time I'm driving. A lot of work to add it, but worth it in my opinion. Good luck!

Yet, I also believe all the very last coupes had roll down glass, even with a trunk. I may be mistaken. Any comments about the usage of the thick frame, or the roll down option?
It's interesting that the parts books call for the new package tray to be used with the roll down window only. However I've never seen a late Coupe body without the thick window frame and narrow package tray. Jim Boehmke's Coupe is an example of a Standard Coupe with the thick wood and frame.

I worded my previous post incorrectly. The late Deluxe Coupe came with the roll down window regardless whether it had a rumble seat or trunk.
