Default Disk brakes on 1934 big truck?

May someone can advise where to look for how and what might work on 1934 big truck spindels.

Some years ago Gibbon fiberglass (Gibbon Ne.) had put together a street rod version big truck,you might try googling Dwight Bond Gibbon Ne.
