Heres my delima; I have a 29 sport coupe with a rumble ;At the end of its past life it was used to haul cord wood ,so the rumble was open and they would chuck logs into it not always hitting the opening, Now I have pushed all the filler panel between the back window area and rumble up till it just had a small crown and damage could be worked out.the rumbles skin was removed to repair the inner frame work and to straighten skin and has been put back on; Now the rumble fits three sides like it should (probley better) but the middle of it stands up prowd of that filler panel between rumble lid and back window area ,just in the middle;Is there suppose to be a noticeable crown up in this panel I am going to put the bodyjack on it tomorrow was just wondering if someone else has had this happen?

My late 31 sport coupe has the same problem except the rumble lid is completly original. The front edge sticks up about 3/16" The inner panel is straight and the car is just a tour car, so I'll live with it.

Thanks Glenn ..my thoughts were right on jacked up that panel in the middle now the glove fits wooohooo
