Default front bumper centre clamp on our 28 AA

I have noticed allot of the A/AA's have a centre clamp for the front bumper ... Is it normally oval or round ? Hard to tell

Does the truck have Canadian or US style bumper clamps? There is a difference.

Early one states "Ford made in Canada"
Later one only "Ford"

Pepsi mechanic, you are correct . Canadian Model A's stayed with the round centre medallion with Ford script to the end of '29. My own Tudor has the original still on & it was new late '29 .
For 1930 Canada used a plain smooth oval one & in late '30 went to one with the bolt head visible, like the late bumper clamps. These looked like the late Model T US bumper clamps.
