Was wondering who supplies the best water pumps for 46-48, flatheads

Send your pumps to Skip Haney in Florida. He will rebuild them to an improved design and return them promptly.

John, I have a set of skips on my 48 but i don’t have a good set of cores and pulleys

I bought new from Dennis Carpenter and have been pleased with the fit and performance.

I just got a set from Macs and they look great! I haven't installed them yet but they are upgraded with sealed bearings without the grease inserts, so no mess. That's the reason I'm replacing my old ones, one of them leaking coolant out of the zert fitting. Here's a link:
