Default Water in exhaust port?

Decided to replace the exhaust manifold gasket and when I pulled the manifold back from the block I noticed a small drop of antifreeze inside the third exhaust port.

Whay do you think the source is? Leaking head gasket? There is no visible steam or vapor from the tail pipe and the engine runs beautifuly.
Thanks for your input.

either a head gasket leaking into the exhaust or a cracked block there, retorque head and add a jar of bars leak, crush the pellets before adding to radiator, keep an eye out for heating problems or unusal water loss
