I purchased lower door patch panels (inner and outer) and lower rear cab patch panel from Mac's a few years ago. Fit pretty well. Got bed sheet metal from Mack Hils - top notch.

Joe's Antique Auto in Mass has a listing for 1935-1937 pickup
also 1940-1947
1-800 508-3980
They are great people to work with, fair and know the products

So it sounds like 35-37 p/up cabs are the same. How about '38-39 ? And '40-47 are the same ? Does Joe's have '35-37 cab lower rear corner patch panels ? How about Mack Hils. I know they make great p/up bed sheet metal.

38-39 cabs are different.
I´m not sure if the lower part sheetmetal fitts between the years.
I have 35-36 cabs and 42-47 in the yard...no 38-41 at the moment..so cant check it.

I bought both driver and passenger side 38/9 pickup lower door patch panels a few years ago for a project and did not use the passenger side patch panels. If the passenger side would help you either send me a message on Fordbarn or email me at [email protected]. If you email me, please put something in the subject line. I also found a pair of 35-37 pickup replacement rockers that I ended up not using, but I do not know if they would work on a 39 and have no way of checking. O&T

The spare pair of 35-37 rockers I had hanging around is gone. I still have a set of the lower door repair panels for a 38/9 pickup/truck/panel but for the passenger side only. It seems to me from looking at the outer panel that the door skins would not interchange between 35/7 and 38/8 pickups due to a difference in the height of the lower hinge from the bottom of the door. Someone with one of each to check the measurements would be more help.

There is a source (Kansas) for good 1935-37 rocker panels still in business.

The good 1935-37 cowl, door, and cab corner patches are gone.

The good 1938-47 cowl, door, cab corner, and floor panels are gone.

"Basic" 1938-47 door inner and outer patches are available (Texas) not good, but can be a better value than flat sheetmetal.

The 1948-52 tall cab corner patch (not Carpenters) can provide a good base for the 1938-47, but will require the back notch to be hammered in and other moderate reworking. Again, not a great solution but a good value vs flat sheetmetal.
