Default Leg room in a 28 four door

What would be the best way to get more leg room in the front seat of my 28 four door. No slider in this unit and my 6' + frame with bad knees is not working.

Ifvthe Four door seat attachment is like the Tudaor, I am almost 6' and moved my Tudor 1929 seat 2" with the extension almost all Ford A sell. I can drive it well now. If I could have 1 inch more would almost be perfect. But as it is now is OK !!!

See pictures

I hope this helps !!

Unfortunately the 28-29 Fordor is nothing like the Tudor seat arrangement.

I am 5' 9" and it is not to easy to get in our 29 Leather back.
more difficult than the 31 pickup
Easier from the passenger side then slide over to the drivers seat
.
Snyders could probably make some thinner seat springs to give you a bit more room
I would call them and see what they suggest

I have a 29 Fordor. I'm 6` 4" and it was too crowded to be safe driving. I made myself some new brackets where the seat back fastens to the door post, unscrewed the seat base, and moved it back 3 inched. Screwed the seat back down to the floor and fastened the new Z brackets to the doorpost. Covered them with seat fabric for looks. Lots of room now. Shifter was still in the way so I stopped along the road, reached into the base with both hands and bent it to the right. I now have a car that I can easily get in/out of, and drive comfortably and safely. Still lots of room in the back seat too.
