1928 Sport Coupe information needed...
I am interested in anyone who has a 1928 Sport Coupe as for just what the assembly plant code and numbers are on the body sub frame cross member.
Also, the date on the gas tank if any. Thanks. Pluck |

Steve, I can't find the body numbers on the sub frame. Where is the date on the tank located?

The date should be on engine side of firewall/gas tank. Just above seam, in front of driver, left hand side. This is the production date of car. Engine number approval for installation date could be different month than car production date.
