Mandarin Maroon Paint Formula
Saw this on HAMB and am wondering if it seems like a good match to the original Ford color Mandarin maroon. Opinions welcome.

Re: Mandarin Maroon Paint Formula
I thought there was an older Ford Pickup color that was close but I can't remember what it is called. Has been popular in the hot rod world.

Re: Mandarin Maroon Paint Formula
Have you tried TCPGlobal? They carry most all the old Ford colors in single stage or base coat, clear coat. Check them out on line just punch in your paint code or call them. I just tried searching under 1940 Ford Mandarin maroon but the search engine thought 1940 was the paint code.

Hirsh in New York or North Jersey can supply almost
any color. The diffrent types of paints all have diffrent formulas. G.M.
