Default Another Little Dearborn Auction

Another Auction from Little Dearborn
7 pages with about 700 items for sale
Lots of 40 and 41 stuff
Here is the website
I have no interest in this auction
http://www.grafeauction.com/auction_....php?id=299529
Becareful what you bid on as you could end up with 200 items that you dont need.
Dont ask me how I know

All the Best

Another word of caution: Fully expect that any item will at least be shelf worn, if not used. All of these items were from parts of the Little Dearborn warehouse that were, let's just say seldom used. There may be gems amid the dross. There is much dross.

I'd be all over that if I was closer.

I have no idea what their business model was but I did business with them and had no idea they had all this stuff. I think if people knew what they had they would have sold a lot more. I see people looking for a lot of this stuff on this site all the time. How many times have people looked for sedan delivery fenders which are being auctioned. It is like they kept this stuff secret for certain customers.

Don't know what to tell you -- they have been around for 60 years. The items have always been available. They have a web site. Most of us just stopped at the big name players. The original owner was a Ford parts counter employee and when Ford did the parts purges in the early 60's, he bought up the stuff from all over the midwest for a dime on the dollar.
It's a shame that they are selling off, but the name will continue on a much smaller scale. You can blame higher education on shutting this one down. They are located within spitting distance of the University of Minnesota, and the land is wanted, and there is (was) just too much to move.

Don't worry about shipping - you can buy what your are interested in on eBay for Dollars on the Dimes in a few months.

If you are a winning bidder, the auction company can arrange shipping. Most items were sent using USPS flat rate boxes from my observation.
