40 Ford Rear Sway Bar
Just installed a Rear Sway Bar on my 40 Tudor.
Not a Bad job if you use a garage that has been in business for 40 years and has almost every tool known to man. Actually you could do this at home BUT you would need plenty of Patience. As Mr Drake said "Do not do this installation without Proper Skills and Knowledge." The kit came from Bob Drake. It is well made and had all the needed pieces for the job. Everything fits well. The 40 rides a lot better with little sway and goes down the road much better. Looking forward to putting additional miles on the 40 after I fix some Electrical Problems. |

Re: 40 Ford Rear Sway Bar
Nothing remarkable. Sway bar bolts to the frame and then to the brackets on the backing plates, with two like. Just like a modern car. Can you tell pictures are not in my ability yet.

That same stabilizer bar's installation was covered as part of a recent article in Rodders Jounal
