Default 1927 ford coupe door rubber that contacts the sill

Can someone describe to me where the square door rubber attaches to the door on the 1927 Ford coupe. A picture of where it attaches would be helpful. I dont mean the upper rubber or the one that attaches to the B pillar, but the one square one that goes underneath? thanks John

I have had both '26 and '27 coupe doors and neither year had any bottom rubber pads. Only top and pillar thick rubber cushions. Hope others will respond. If the is a spot on the bottom of your door, it would need attachment holes or a recess for mounting. Good luck.

Thank you .Looks like the square one is for is for sedan doors. When you buy the kit they give you enough to do either a coupe or sedan, but the coupe doesn't use the square one.

Post a picture of the door with the rubber on it? I'm curious about it. Or are you talking about the "u" shaped pads?
Have you tried the MTFCA site. (Model T Ford Club of America)

The "u" shaped pads are door pillar mounted on '26 and '27 coupe doors. the rectangle pads are used on the top of each door on '26 and '27 coupes. The only other rubber used on my '26 and '27 coupe doors are the window stop pad inside the door and the door strap. Glad to hear that the square pad was used on the sedan models, I did not know they were different.
Thanks
