Wanted to buy speed tester

I Wanted to buy a speed tester if they even made one of them I'm just going by some ads that I have seen in the papers about them, that you can test your own speed yourself.

Or something like that as I have never seen one of them so I'm hoping someone on here will know, if there's even one made and buy-able or not as I collect that kind of stuff.

As once I find one I will check it out and make sure that's what it is, just to make sure I got the right tool or thing or part, or does anyone know of any other part, or tool, that went with the Model A's.

like the gas gauge tester or something like that I already have that but other things like that that went with those cars of that period.
