NO.- Inner bearing & seal are a different size, plus arms are different, also king pin inclination is different .

Similar but not matching. The drivers side has a rather oddly shaped bolt on steering arm that the drag link also connects to, while the passenger side is practically identical to the car spindle but it does lack the second hole for the cross steering.
