Default '53 Ford station wagon lift gate rubber

Does anyone make a rubber kit for the lift gate on a '53 wagon?

Carpenter, Mac's etc don't have it or has someone used something similar from a different car?

Here's a pic, the rubber is really bad and we need to put something new in there. Thanks.

There is a company that advertises in the V8 Times called Concours Parts, 800-722-0009, www.concoursparts.com. They might have it, they advertise a 1949- 1953 weatherstrip kit, but I don't know about a wagon.
