Default HAMB going ?!?!*

I can't login to HAMB anymore until they allow me to turn over my email access to them. There have been warnings about this Google GREEN TAG add-on system...it is not only another Google ad money scheme but they can now ban you from many sites at once if (when) they learn your views don't align with their master view. Master view..., that sounds familiar ... somehow thought we won that war.

How can we object to those who feel Google ads are good and Google should control your forum access?

Next Facebook will have bought the 'Barn. I'm glad I can only last 20 years at most and won't see how this madness ruins what was once fun and gratifying.

I haven't had any problems like you describe. Be careful maybe something else is going on. Did you tell RYAN about this problem? Is anyone else having this happen to them?

Think Ryan would be happy selling to facebook and becoming a multi-multi-millionare.

All seriousness. I'd guess you have a issue on your end. Maybe if you're locked out it's just a security protocol. Google is fine.

I'm okay with some ads, it's what makes this place happen and cost us nothing. Ad banners are fine, popups and membership email sales would be problematic.

Nothing wrong with up to date security software. If you don't know what it is don't click it or download.

If you are worried about being tracked, don't go on the internet. Your local internet isp provider can track it. Nothing to do with google or whatever. Relax.

Google: How To Log In To HAMB and your problem will be solved. You may already be logged in and not know it.

HAMB has had my email since I joined 7 yrs ago. I get email notifications regarding sales of parts. Never any ads unless you are not logged in.

You worry too much about stuff. Your paranoia is unwarranted. You aren't important enough for people to be out to get you....☺

Malware may have crept in to a computer. It may not be the sites servers either.

'My Inbox Helper' is malware. Click to read the details. Please read the explainatory web site before. You may choose to ignore it now but I see the signs and refuse to succumb. I don't know Ryan or how to email him but it sounds like the millions have indeed enticed him.

Log out of HAMB then try to log back in. Then you will understand.

Do not try to use inbox helper to log in.(it's an advertisement)
Use the option above 'A' on top of screen. (GREEN ARROW)
You give name or Email to log in and if required, password.

51- Problem is HAMB has deleted the passwords (I know for certain mine was deleted) and forceing one and all to use the spyware 'Inbox Helper' !! Log out of HAMB and try to get back in. You can't.

Ok, I just attempted to login to the HAMB on an "unkown" computer (one I have not logged into the HAMB on before. Went smooth using the user name and password I have always used. So, not sure what is going on Red, be it seems to be something with your system or access and not the site. Have you tried a different computer?

Red, Unaware of what 51 MERC-CT posted. Thanks for that 51!

I repeat, never click on something you don't know where it'll go or trust. This stuff is very clever and can dup' all involved.

One thing you can do is have a email account that is not connected to any financial transactions or create one only for. Create layers. Make good/complex passwords. Never a bad thing to change them every year or 6 months with banking.

Most banks will give you a free account. Use it for all internet transactions or just day to day. Don't link it to any other account. put money in or out as needed. Just a thought.

But if you download spyware, trojan, bot,or key logger. well its a start over. If you are able, have a device that you only have for money, another for play. having a separate account protects the overall.

I have logged in and out several times using the Log in portal on the top right of the page.
Do you in fact have the Hamb log in portal at the top of the page?
If you do, have you clicked on it to open the page to enter name and password?
Enter all required info including password and (DON'T FORGET TO CLICK ON "STAY LOGGED IN")
