Default c & G water pumps

Has anyone used C&G new water pumps for a 1950 Ford V8? If so how are they? I would guess everyone selling new pumps buy them from thr same place.
Thanks

The '50-'53 passenger water pumps at C & G are listed as manf. by Bob Drake. I have Drakes truck pumps on my car for about 4000 miles. They don't leak and seem to cool, but if they are better/worse than others, I can't say.

I have Drake ones with no issues. Make sure you use a stainless bolt in the hose hole, I also used copper anti seize on it also.
