Default 1936 Ford Grilles - Two different styles

Here are pictures of a 1936 Ford Grille. Notice how the bars are joined to the outside, making them one piece stamping.

Here are pictures of a different style of 1936 Ford Grille that show the bars loose or pressed in?
Are these two different 1936 Ford Grilles genuine Ford?

Both are original; Ford used two different suppliers with different manufacturing capabilities.
