George,

That will help considerably.

I need some information (and photos if possible) if the center cross member...front, top and back sides.

If the body is on the frame, that is OK to.

I will PM you.

Thanks.

Pluck

Yes the body is on the frame. I have the title from 1938. A friend got it in 1960. He died before he got it restored. I got it from his Wife in 1999, restored it in 2000. It has original engine numbers match. It has separate E brakes but has the equalizing brakes.

I have an Oct 18, 1928 Leatherback. Original engine, serial numbers match bill of sale which I have. Car still on body. Mine also has the separate emergency brake but the self equalizing system. Please let me know what photos you need and I will try to take them.

My Phaeton has matching numbers and gas tank date of 9-27-28.

What pictures are needed?

Steve I sent some pictures, but one came back. So I'm not sure what you will get. If you do not get them let me know.

The pictures you sent me look just like my cross member, but I can not see the top. If you need me to take the floor boards out I can.
