You have a late 1930 AA Ford truck.

Looks like a 1931 with indented firewall.

I don't see anything BB about this truck. It has the manual spark advance and no pictures of the passenger side of the engine so you cannot see the possible fuel pump and the gas tank is in the Model A spot. I cannot see the indented firewall. Jack

The BB is 1932 origin truck. Any truck after 1932 with a 4-speed was a BB for more than a few years. The one in question is likely a bitsa. Bitsa this and bitsa that.

Also has the dash mounted steering column support - can be used on any year but isn't it authentic for 31 only? Just more evidence the truck is 31.

I don’t know about big trucks, but this one has the 1930 split aprons.

Not a bitsa, just had a long hard life that began in 1931. Looks to be steel top cab, indent firewall, steering bracket, s/s rad. emblem, all '31 features. The 2 piece valance could well have lasted into '31 on the trucks. Cheers. Tom.

The Canadians may have done thing differently in their ID of the vehicle. Ford USA Made AA trucks in 1931. In the 1932 model year the BB trucks came out. Canada had a different ID numbering system if that's where it was manufactured. The frame may have been changed utilizing a model A or AA cab & such. That would make it a Bitsa.

I don't see indented firewall as it is too dark with shadows. I do see the 1930 type fender/splash apron. The listing has it as a 1930 BB. I don't know why BB instead of AA. Probably just a rookie mistake.

You can see the bottom of the teardrop below the fuel filter and the reinforcing rib on the firewall stops just above the D-nut for the speedometer cable.

Bob,
You must have better eyes. All I see is shadow.

I can see the indent ; as mentioned truck has '31 features. The 2 piece splash apron is common on big '31 AA's & I believe they were not the car apron, hence the difference.
Cheers. Tom.
