Default Kr wilson fixture-dual point info

I'm fairly certain that years ago on this site some one had information that gave a very good explanation on how the dual points in our early V-8's work together to make the ignition system function. I could be wrong on this, but for some reason his last name might have been something like Ravinski or something similar. He also had a very good explanation on how to use a

KR WILSON timing fixture. I have the original instructions, but thought his was easier to follow. I had the information at one time & lost it. I would appreciate any help if what I've posted here reminds anyone about it. Thanks in advance if someone can help.
