Thanks guys. I'll have to do some steel replacement first, but I will bolt to the body. I'm not sure how my seat is supposed to bolt onto the pedestal, but it would appear that needs to be addressed as well. I could even use a three point attachment if I didn't mind a modification to the cab just behind the door.

I put shoulder belts in mine. Welded in a couple supports and a plate to attach the upper belts to. I welded in nuts in three locations to make sure the seat height and belt location would be comfortable.
