I bought this awhile back to use in a project but have decided to let it go due to wanting to go a different direction with that project. Everything spins freely. I have not had it apart. Pick-up only here in Bako. No brakes for it, but radius rods are there and straight. No controls unfortunately. PM me. Thank you, Weeks
