Not being able to bring the cars up for auction and not being able to sell them for restoration are two different things.

The car under all of the magazines is a staged picture if you ask me. The paint isn't dusty and look at the dirt on the tires.

The Baillon collection of 59 cars brought $28.5 million! Every lot lot but one (reports vary on this) brought more than the high pre-sale estimates.
