Second time around. Was asking a pretty hefty price the first time around and actually it was on a "bid" situation and was "told originally" there were two standing bids of $150,000 and was "welcome" to put a bid in topping that!!!! Good thing I said "no thank you"......looks like that was a load of bull manure.
