29 Coupe B pillar length needed
I need to fab up the "foot" portion for both my B pillars on my coupe. Does anyone have the total length of a B pillar? Want to know how much I am actually missing.

Re: 29 Coupe B pillar length needed
Ultimately, your doors will have to fit the opening and have decent gaps on the inside with good fit to the curvature of the body. Doors on the model A cars have to fit well to make certain they latch and stay that way on the road. If your B pillars are crusty, what sort of shape is the floor and door sill in?

The car is completely apart. Almost every panel and post are from different cars. No floor. I do have a half decent subrail assembly.

You can see the difference from right to left is really quite a bit on Vince's measurements. This is why fitting to other components is very important during build up. At least it gives you a ball park figure though.
