Any ideas on getting a couple windshield frame gaskets-seals for 33-34 phaeton-roadster .

Original stepped frames .

Drake says obsolete and no stock left .

Check with other V-8 parts vendors. I'd start with Third Gen Automotive, Michael Driskell. Some vendor may have it on the shelf.

I doubt that the weatherstrip from SC will not work in an original '33-'36 phaeton/roadster windshield frame unless what they actually sell differs materially from their photos. The amount of rubber at the junction of the horizontal and vertical portions forming the "T" is well in excess of the original and simply will not fit into the channel of an original frame. I have a bunch of like it in my scrap pile.

Another '34 Phaeton owner. Yay! Do you have side curtains for your car?

Found out some stuff on this subject .
The discontinued Drake WS seal does NOT fit original frames .
Only the repo square ones .
It is 2 pieces and looks like the T-Strip Sheldon references .

Good news is the sedan one sold by Carpenter does indeed fit .
You need to cut it off at the pivot bolt and use a short piece above the pivot bolt .
It seals all the way around if in fully retracted position .
Cheap to boot .
