Default 39 dlx/std dash dimension needed

I decided to start making the parts I've had trouble finding. I'm down to the center bezels on the dash panel that flank the speaker grille on both sides. I could likely guess the ashtray but the depth of the 3 remaining knob bezels? Not a clue. If someone has a dlx or standard could you share a nominal depth to the openings? In the pictures you can see what I mean and how I'm going about making them. The choke, throttle, cigar lighter and ashtray pull all sit in the "D" shaped openings. Thank you very much for the help.
