1932 Roadster
Does anybody know what this badge represents on a Scott Fox's 1932 Roadster.

Re: 1932 Roadster
They are available from some of the catalogs relating to early Fords. Just something to let people know what your car is. It has nothing to do with a specific club or award.

Re: 1932 Roadster
Who sells them. It would not be hard to get right details engraved or stamped on them for the public to see.

You're right. Look at the front bumper.

Re: 1932 Roadster
Yup. Model A parts houses have them or at least used to - cheap and sometimes thrown in free when other stuff is ordered. The one in the OP is screwed on but they come with drive rivets. They do not have the plates for owner or year/model/etc - those appear to have been done separately and glued on. Here you can see one my Dad, unbeknownst to me, put on my Model A pickup we restored - I was not pleased. |
