Wellll....if its any thing like the early (65) Muatangs, its certainly NOT one of Fords "better ideas"...the hoses run thru the firewall and attach to the heater core underneath the dash...(I guess none of the designers ever looked under the hood of a GM car)....now heres what I did, and I may have done it wrong not being a Mustang guy (I did this for a friend)...but..I removed the passenger side bucket and the console (as I remember) to get access to drop the heater just to gain access to the back of the heater where the hoses attach to the core....stoopid design...so, if I was doing it I'd make darn sure I had the correct style hoses and good clamps and no leaks before I put it all back together.....Now I may be all wet and some Mustang guy will tell you you only have to pull the right front tire, drop the inner fenderwell, and pull the body of the frame....etc. <table><tr><td><font face="arial"> |
