My vote is Brassworks. There are other good options available as well. I'm sure others will post their thoughts and suggestions.

Brassworks craftsman are amazing. Lee showed me some of their restoration projects when I picked up my 35 radiator. Everything from Ford’s to airplanes, to Concourse quality restorations. My tanks were in good shape so I elected to have mine restored with a more efficient core. The can also build them from top to bottom to your specs.
It is hard to see the detail but the fins are shaped to promote air movement around the 3 rows of 3/4” tubes. They can provide a screw-on 1-4# check valve on the overflow tube. Works well!

Yeah, the forum software does what it wants with horizontal spacing. I think I know what you are saying, though.

The complete new one for the 8ba in my '39 p/u with a 4 inch core was north of a grand and I picked it up in person. It would have been a bit more if I wanted the top top tanks with the fan relief like an original but since I'm running an 8ba I didn't need the relief which made the top tank easier to build. Lee at Brassworks will work directly with you to make sure everything is exactly what you want and/or need. JMO.

Haven't look lately, but a one time you could go on their site and price one out. They are somewhat custom built, so you need to select the way you want it configured.

Ok, just looked. They have one they call a drop-in replacement. So that should make it easier, $1004.00 is the listed price.
