Default Factory Ford Aluminum Intake on C69?

I picked up a Ford factory aluminum intake and I'm thinking of using it on my C69 engine. I noticed a few differences:

1. Stud for generator bracket is located higher and appears a bit longer. I assume longer wide belt is available. Is this so?
2. There are two holes located in the front just below the generator stud. There is paint on the openings. Are these stock?
3. There are two vacuum? ports. I assume the one closest to the front is for the vacuum brake, the rear one is blocked, but was it used for anything?

It appears to be from an earlier vehicle and may not fit your application due to the height of the generator mount. Also, the runners are definitely an earlier design, but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference in operation. You can get a better idea of the vintage from the date code cast into the underside. The rear vacuum port was intended for the windshield wipers, the front for the vacuum brake.

That is not an aly intake for a c69 for engine. An aluminium one was standard on Canadian C59 and C69 engines. The intake should have a port on the passengers side at the front for an oil filler tube also there should be a stamping on top at the back starting with 11A.

Thanks. Good to know. Height could be an issue if generator ends up being higher than the carb. Seems like there is a T1 cast on the underside towards the front. I also just noticed that the top surface of the rear opening for the the oil breather/ fuel pump rod is lower on the aluminum one.

Thanks. Mine was used as an industrial engine and had been rebuilt at one point. For my purposes the oil filler tube as you have shown it won't work, but that is the first time I have seen such a tube, so still good info though. So much to know.

it looks like a 35 manifold with the high gen mount. look on the inside, there should be a casting date
