Default fixed window seal

Am replacing the fixed windows (rear and side 1/4s) in my '30 Fordor. I'm sure there is a seal required but am unable to find anything specifically. Lots of "seals" for windshields and door windows but have searched and cannot find anything applicable. Do these windows have manufactured seals or do you just use some type of caulking/sealant? The windows (which were already removed from car) appear to have had some sort of hard rubber gasket. Anyone have info on this?

I bought my seals from one of the vendors for my Townsedan. I just can't remember which vendor.

I searched for hours on subjects with no luck, only to stumble accross the subject on accident days later.

Is it a Murray or Briggs body? It makes a difference and the window seals are completely different.

Good info but he was asking about the 'fixed' windows.

Sometimes you need to get creative in your search parameters. The '30 Murray Fordor/TS has a rubber seal that goes into the channel on the outside of the steel channel at the bottom of the window (where the regulator ties in to move the window up and down), I finally found that rubber part listed for a '34 window and only available at Mac's. Works great, though.

The Briggs window seal attached to the inside of the outer door frame. The parts houses carry that particular seal.

A little OT: Kingo - seing you are using Dynamat. Could you share your experience with Dynamat in the doors and elsewhere in your car?

I believe that is your door. I referenced your pic for the window seal. My car is a Murray.
