That's a smart looking coupe! Like the color combination and blackwalls too.

Yeah its going to be nice working on something clean for a change. it looks like a ground up restoration, not concourse but still presentable

I'll second the compliments on your new 'A'! She's pretty sharp looking. Post more pics when you get a chance. Enjoy the ride!

Congratulations on a nice car!
To answer Bills question- just call triple A! Worth having if you like to cruise long distances. |

Re: just bought my first stock (mostly) Model A
ya spare tire lol. last trip i went on I took my 69 caprice because our A was waiting for parts. Ive never needed a spare before usually just cruze around town. well the gas station attendant was cool hooked me up with some stuff to wash my car and I told him I'd do a burnout. So I do a 69 impala donut... (double the wheel base its like 25 feet of donut) in the parking lot and i must have had a big screw int the tire and when it lost traction the asphalt pulled the screw out... luckily the station had plug kits and i didn't hold up the club.
Not that I expect you'll be doin any burnouts but its was just funny because someone had pointed out at the begining of the trip that i had no spare tire. Your A is very nice lookin I also love those colors. I've been wondering if anyone has chromed 16 or 19 wheels. I think they'd be incredible on your rig Last edited by PSXPAK; 06-04-2014 at 08:31 AM. |

Paul; in order to come on the grounds or attend an event, you have to be a national (Mafca) member and be registered.there will be cars and people all over town a at hotels ect tho. Also, on the grand tour, there will be a viewing field area for interested ones to watch a parade of model A's leaving the fair grounds. The chamber is setting it up.
You should check out the Gerties. gertieas.org. Chuck |
