Default Floorboard Seal

Raining … can’t play outside so am reviewing Judging Standards (Carpets and Mats) ... always new morsels of information.

* Pg 11-1 Front Floor Covering states: “Black enamel, 2-piece metal grommet crimped onto the carpet to finish the hole for the gear shift housing”

* Pg 11-4 Floor states: “Some very early 1928 vehicles had a flat rubber seal around the gear shift housing with a nickel plated retaining ring attached (to wood floor boards) with 3 screws.”
?? Since this is not in the 'carpet' section, assume it is an item that goes under (covered by) the rubber mat

?? Can someone post a photo of an original
?? Is this same as the flat ring carried by various vendors?
