1934 Ford parts values
City:
Central
State:
Arizona
Price:
TBS
I am beginning to sell off my left over parts from the rebuild of my 1934 Ford 3W. (My avatar)
I have already sold the engine, transmission, drive train for what I realize now was far too little money. I am now working on selling my original steering column, complete from the horn button, wheel, dimmer rod, steering gear box, pitman, etc. Since I have apparently a couple of days before this transfers hands, what would it be worth? It is in all good condition. I drove it down the road a lot and never had any problems with it. I will also be selling off many other parts, body, electrical, interior, etc. so may be asking this question several times in the future about these other parts. I tried to get values from eBay but even IF I can find matching parts, there are no bids so I figure those parts are overpriced. I will be wanting to get this stuff gone but do not want that big weenie getting them gone either. Thank you. |

Re: 1934 Ford parts values
I have seen very nice columns with key, etc go for $750.00. I have also bought them for $50.00. The parts are worth whatever a willing buyer is prepared to pay for them. If you look carefully at the swap meet section here you will see many of the same ads repeated by the same people over and over. Figure out what you think is fair and go with it.

Re: 1934 Ford parts values
I sold a column with gear box and column drop for $100 about 6 months ago. From a 34 pickup truck.

Re: 1934 Ford parts values
It's easy to determine.
If you sellyour parts right away ---- you sold them too cheap. If you can't sell your parts ------ they are priced too high. Enjoy your Hobby |
