Default Truck Id..

I have an oppurtunity to get this truck for scrap price..

Shes rough I know but i would cut the tree down just for the deuce grill but what model is the truck? or whats left of it?

Must be some plausible explanation why that grille has remained untouched all these years. Maybe it's surrounded by an alligator filled moat?

It's taken three trips to his house... His wife was there today and she's ready to shed some stuff.... He's got a really cool ot 39 d11 car in his shop....

This defenitely a 30-31 Model A jost in (2) pictures i can see side aprons between body & running boards ss cowl band and the hood has the raised reveal around the louvers , soft fabrick roof its a 30 steel roof a 31 just my observation.

Headlights look like 35 Ford or 35-39 pickup.

it's hard to see (pretty grainy on my screen) but what i can see of the frame in the first and third pic appears to be a model a frame.

turned out to be a "no go" deal... long story but it didnt pan out.. One of those deals where I was there on thursday, word got out and it wasnt mine saturday..

The old farmer that had it kept calling it a model B, I corrected him several times saying it was an A and when I got there there was another guy there who owns a model A.. talking it up.. It wasnt much anyhow, and the grille had 6" missing from the bottom..

sometimes things arent meant to be for a reason,,,,
