Default dome light switch bezel Q

Were any plain (non-scroll) dome lamp switch plates used, or is this strictly after-market? (pardon the sideways pic)

What year and model is this on?
My eyes or not all that good, can't tell from your aviator.
Not sure that looks stock, but I'm not an expert.

I think all Model A switches are slide switches, rather than a toggle switch.

Some mail trucks were equipped with a toggle switch, but this was by POD, not ford.

That's it, I knew there was something that just didn't look right.
I have yet to install my light and switch (have the light, but not the switch/plate)

If the toggle is removed, the bezel has a rectangular hole to accommodate a slide switch. Just curious if any 'plain' switch plates were used.

Ah ha I can see the rectangular hole behind toggle switch for the slide switch . Glad the switch plate wasn't ruined . JMHO.
