Default Father's Day

My dad never made a big deal of it. Said every day was Father's Day. I'll post this 1960 photo in memory of him. He has been gone almost 17 years now but I still think of him every time I drive his old 52 Mercury.

good on ya. I drove Daddy's '55 Ford custom after he passed until Mother needed it to haul school kids. I have the list of 25 Fords Daddy had owned. It would be something special if one of them still existed. He drove them hard as he was a salesman.

My dad only had two. The 39 Deluxe and this Merc. Although I guess the 46 "jailbar" Ford would count as one.
