Default 30 model A trunk lid conversion question

Converting my rumble seat to trunk. Need bolt location on trunk lid to mount the hinge bracket. It appears the trunk lid normally has an indent with associated mounting holes. The rumble lid has none. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Try advertising for someone that wants to swap. Everyone seems to want a rumble seat but having gone that route I wish I had a trunk.

I agree with Charlie...putting those holes in the RIGHT spot is going to be a challenge in itself. If you are off by the 1/16 of an inch, it will not work right.

I appreciate the feedback and have read the article regarding the conversion but it does not give the location of the support bracket mounting bolts on the trunk lid. May just have to wing it!

The holes for the holder/upper bar, are not TOO CRITICAL.
It "might" be easier, to just trade your car for one with a TRUNK. Cars with TRUNKS, should command a higher selling price. GRUMBLE SEATS are a pain in the ASS!
