Welcome to the Ford Barn, lots of help available here.
Probably already stated but worth repeating, Two very helpful books are the EFV8 35-36 Ford Book, & a copy of Ford’s Chassis Parts & Price Book.
Several of the guys here who have introduced them selves as 35-36 owners are great resources and very helpful.
Cuz your car has been sitting for a while there are several threads on cooling system issues on these old gals, worth reading up on the subject.......

Thanks for letting us in on your fun. I can see from the pics that you are an accomplished enthusiast.

I am obligated to mention since you have fuel troubles, check your extinguishers. That pic of a jumper cable next to the gas makes me shiver.

Have fun there are many fans of 35. I briefly had a 2 door slant that my wife could not cheer for. Well she's gone too.

I see the problem with your gas, corona light and corona dark not root beer! be sure to use non-ethanal fuel if at all possible. after you get it running add some MMO to the fuel and also to the oil will help de-gunk the varnish

OK, a little more progress and a little more education. After trying to get it to start I realized I had no spark. At some point someone had converted a factory style distributor to use a separate coil. It may worked well at some point but not now. Luckily in the spare parts was a complete stock distributor. After getting that installed I had spark and was able to get it to run with a little gas poured into to carb. Now to the next problem, the fuel pump will not pull gas to the carb.

Be careful with the fuel pump, it is possible for them to leak internally and pump fuel into the crankcase. I would check and be sure there is no fuel being mixed with the oil.

Darn!! I missed this post originally. That appears to be one very nice find right there!! Not sure if you found that in South Carolina or not, but the first '35 Tudor sedan that I purchased in 1976, and still own, also came from South Carolina. Mine happens to be a deluxe model, but I actually prefer the standard over a deluxe, since I like the plain Jane look rather than polished chrome, stainless and other bling. I just recently returned from a trip to SC, and if I knew where you and that car are hiding out, I would have invited myself to your place just to see that baby, lol

There are a few stepping up on the dizzy front. Maybe start with charlieny rebuilds and for parts also (dizzy to fuel pumps). If not... He will refer you to someone. If you can buy a good replacement part buy 3 now.

Or just stand still for a bit. Something will happen here too.
